Brock University Digital Repository - Depositor Agreement

I, the undersigned, wish to voluntarily deposit my work with the Brock University Digital Repository (the "Repository").  

In exchange for my work being made part of the Repository collection, I understand, and agree to, the following terms and conditions: 

1.	I warrant that the work I am depositing is my own original creation, and that I own the legal rights in this work.  I warrant that the work does not infringe the copyright or other legal rights of anyone else.  I am not aware of any legal claim against me regarding ownership of this work. 

2.	By making this deposit, I hereby grant the Repository a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, licence to copy, index, compile, display, perform, and publish my work for the purposes of the Repository and of Brock University. 

3.	The Repository is an "open access" collection.  I understand that users of the Repository may use my work in any way whatsoever without my permission and without payment.

4.	I retain the right to be credited and/or associated with my work. The Repository may publish my name in association with any of my work that I have deposited. 

5.	My work may be digitized, modified, altered, and/or re-formatted in order to publish, maintain, or preserve the Repository's collection. 

6.	The Repository will use reasonable efforts to preserve my work from damage or loss, but shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the depositor.
