Brock University Digital Repository � Depositor Agreement

I, the undersigned, wish to voluntarily deposit my work with the Brock University Digital Repository (the �Repository�).  

In exchange for my work being made part of the Repository collection, I understand, and agree to, the following terms and conditions: 

1.	I warrant that the work I am depositing is my own original creation, and that I own the legal rights in this work.  I warrant that the work does not infringe the copyright or other legal rights of anyone else.  I am not aware of any legal claim against me regarding ownership of this work. 

2.	By making this deposit, I hereby grant the Repository a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, licence to copy, index, compile, display, perform, and publish my work for the purposes of the Repository and of Brock University. 

3.	The Repository is an �open access� collection.  I understand that users of the Repository may use my work in any way whatsoever without my permission and without payment.

4.	I retain the right to be credited and/or associated with my work. The Repository may publish my name in association with any of my work that I have deposited. 

5.	My work may be digitized, modified, altered, and/or re-formatted in order to publish, maintain, or preserve the Repository�s collection. 

6.	The Repository will use reasonable efforts to preserve my work from damage or loss, but shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the depositor.
