Brock University Digital Repository Depositor Agreement
I, the undersigned, wish to allow images of the following works of art to be reproduced within the Brock University Digital Repository (the Repository) for the purpose of scholarly study and research: 

Frederick Hagan, the Exploration Suite, a portfolio of 55 lithographic prints, ed. 26/44, 1989

In exchange for images of the individual prints in the Exploration Suite being made available and published through the Repository collection, I understand, and agree to, the following terms and conditions: 
1. I warrant that I own the legal rights to this work. I warrant that this work does not infringe the copyright or other legal rights of anyone else. I am not aware of any legal claim against me regarding my authority over the reproduction rights to the artwork. 
2. I hereby grant Brock University a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, licence to copy, index, compile, display, perform, and publish these images in any form for the purposes of the Repository and of Brock University. 
3. The Repository is an open access collection. I understand and agree that images of the artwork will be distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence. 
4. I retain the right to be associated with the artwork. The Repository may publish my name in association with any of the images of the artwork. 
5. Images of individual prints may be digitized, modified, altered, and/or re-formatted in order to publish, maintain, or preserve the Repository’s collection.  I hereby waive my moral rights in the integrity of the artwork for these purposes. 
6. The Repository will use reasonable efforts to preserve images of the artwork from damage or loss, but shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the depositor.  The Repository reserves the right to remove images from its collection at any time.
