Abstract

Letter to Mr. Hands from D. Sutherland of Quebec. The letter asks that a set of Pare’s receipts for the quarter ending April 5, 1823, and properly witnessed, be sent to the General Post Office in London. The Accountant General objected to the ones that were sent already, as they were not properly signed by witnesses, March 27, 1824. No postmark.
