Abstract

The report discusses the following: Section 2 - Reviews the origin of the program, Section 3 - Highlights the Agricultural Easement Committee's draft proposals for the key elements of the Program, Section 4 - Summarizes the meetings, Section 5 - discusses the withdrawal of the proposed economic severance policies for tender fruit growers, Section 6 - reasons in support of the Niagara Tender Fruit Lands Program, Section 7 - presents some points for Federal Government funding to enhance the program.
