The Press, Volume 43, Issue 29 includes: Backpacks have been restricted from examination rooms, making it difficult for students to find a place to stash their personal items during an exam; Police and protestors clashed violently in the streets of Montreal during the 12th annual International Day Against Police Brutality; Ryerson’s queer student group door was vandalized and graffiti saying “gays must be exterminated” was left on a bathroom stall for a least three weeks, leading many students to worry that homophobia is making a comeback on campus.
