Abstract

The Press, Volume 42, Issue 12 includes: Construction on Plaza 2006, a new building on the Brock campus, has been delayed again, but students are so used to it that they feel it doesn’t affect them; The Brock University Faculty Association held a vote on October 25 to give their executives the power to call a strike, should they decide that it is necessary; A BUSAC referendum has been accepted to approve a renovation to make part of the library into a learning common; The University of Winnipeg students formed an unofficial non-governmental organization, named Mediocre Crisis Response Team, in the wake of a massive earthquake that hit Java.
