Abstract

The Press, Volume 14, Issue 1 includes: The Green Peace Foundation plans to stage a protest against the building of a nuclear reactor near Bowmanville; The increase in price of pop in the pub from 30 cents to 50 cents was supposedly intended to stop students from “doodling over a pop all night” and get them to drink more beer; Protesters converging in Bangor in western Washington to protest the creation of the Trident nuclear submarine base; project. This will be called Bangor Summer; Murray McLauchlan and the Silver Tractors hired by BUSU to conclude orientation week; The Tuck Shop has moved to the N-W corner of Thistle Room 252.
