There is a second copy of the tintype that includes the name of the company that created the tintype, "Johnsons Union Tin Type Gallery, Niagara Falls, N.Y. Falls, Whirlpool, Rapids, Bridge, Etc. For Background, P.S. Finest Tin Types at Niagara".
