Description
W.H. (Harry) Cowan was the Manager of Maple Leaf Mills in Port Colborne. He was transferred to Port Colborne as Assistant Manager from the Thorold mill in 1917. He spent a year at Head Office as Traffic Manager and returned to Port Colborne in 1923. In 1929 he was appointed Manager.
